The consultant fee through NACADA is $750 per day paid to the consultant, in addition to a 15% consulting fee paid directly to the NACADA Executive Office. Days of the consultation include, a preparation day and the day(s) the consultant spends at the institution.  A day for report writing will be charged if a report is required. (i.e., one preparation day, two-day consultation, one day for report writing: $3,000 to consultant; $450 to NACADA). Please note the cost excludes the direct expenses that may be incurred for the consultation (i.e. travel, lodging, meals, per diem, etc.). This is comparative to other consulting fees; however, you have the benefit of NACADA assisting you with the process and providing you with a list of qualified experts in the field of advising and student success from which to choose.  All payments to NACADA and/or the consultant are expected within 14 days of the consulting visit.
