The Administrative Division represents administrative
services of the Association. Working with committees, Chairs
develop and refine the policies, procedures and activities of
their area of responsibility. Committees are established by
the Board of Directors.
The Elected Division Representative provides
leadership for the Division, convenes meetings, appoints a person
to take minutes, advises Chairs on activities, presents Division
items to the Council, oversees the financial affairs of the
Division by preparing a Division Budget Request including recommendations
on Chairs' requests, and appoints Chairs of new sub-units.
The Appointed Division Representative provides continuity of
support as Elected Representatives transition, handles sub-unit
organization and recognition processes, gathers semi-annual
reports from sub-units and distributes them to Executive Office
and Division Representatives, and prepares timely written Division
reports to the Council and Board of Directors.
