The institutes provide intensive, focused uninterrupted time for administrative teams to address a specific issue or concern—something we never get at our home institution! The atmosphere is 110% supportive, from the faculty to other participants.  Everyone kept asking whether we were getting what we needed.  The resounding answer was "YES!"
Pat Folsom
Asst Provost of Enrollment Services, University of Iowa

I felt the conference was one of the most practical conferences I have ever attended. The segmenting into small groups of like institutions with common concerns allowed me to return to campus and immediately implement ideas developed at the conference. I recommend it as a high priority to any advising administrator.
