We have had some very good responses to my request for Administrator Tips and we've had some subject requests from you, too. I appreciate the time it takes from your busy schedules to send a request or a response, and I thank you for making this a very viable exchange of ideas - somewhat an "R&R for Administrators".

The resources page with Advising Administrators' Tips --
www.nacada.ksu.edu/Commissions/C05/C05-Resources-Tips.htm -- has been updated with additional tips and responses to the last posted subject on "Group Advising". Two new subjects have been added--one about "Advising Retreats", which was discussed over the Advising Administrators' list serve recently, and the other about "Orienting/Advising the Millennial Student Freshman with Parents in Tow".

If you have tips to add to these new subjects or any of the others already posted, please send directly to me at Linda.Chalmers@utsa.edu, including your name, position, and institution/department or with a request to post anonymously.

Hope you are having a "sizzling" summer (and I don't necessarily mean temperature-wise) and are taking some well-deserved rest and relaxation before the fall terms start.
