Platform Statement:
I have worked in the business discipline for seven years, including
as an Academic Advisor, Director of Academic Advising, and currently
as Managing Director of Undergraduate Programs for the Sam M.
Walton College of Business. I have been involved in NACADA
for the past seven years and attended and presented at state,
regional and national meetings. I served as Co-Chair for
the Region 7 South Central Conference in Arkansas in 2000 and
am currently the Arkansas representative for the NACADA Region
7 Steering Committee. I am anxious to create more communication
and collaboration for business schools to exchange ideas, information,
and strategies for working with the ever changing face of business.
I know that my experience in the Walton College, with ARKAAN,
and with NACADA will be beneficial to this commission.
