Commission/Interest Group Activities and Accomplishments: Served as Region IV liaison for the Advising Administration Commission for 6 years. Active Member, Two-Year College Commission and Advising Administration Commission. Conference Proposal Reader. Member, Health Professions Advising Interest Group and Assessment of Advising Interest Group.
Other: Served on Conference Awards Committee several years. Received 1992 Outstanding Advising Program. Received 2001 Outstanding Publication Certificate of Merit. Presented sessions and poster sessions at State, Regional and National levels. Attended Summer Institute in 1994.

I have 30 years experience advising at the two-year college level and have served as Director of Advising for the past 10 years; therefore, I feel that I have knowledge of the needs of two-year colleges.  I will work to promote growth in NACADA, especially two-year college members. I will seek input from two-year college advisors and try to meet the needs of the two-year college advisors.
