Qualifications:
   1) Seventeen years as Graduate Program Coordinator at University of Texas at Austin
   2) Founding Member, Graduate Coordinator Network, UT-Austin
   3) Participant - Professional Development Team, GCN, UT-Austin

Goals-Immediate, Personal:
   1) To become thoroughly familiar with the organization and processes and goals of NACADA
   2) To support and learn from the current Commission Chairman

Goals-Longer Term:
   1) To work to increase membership in the Commission and attendance at NACADA conferences
   2) To work to encourage session presentation concerning graduate and professional students at conferences
   3) To work to develop themes and articles concerning graduate and professional students for publication
   4) To work to extend network of graduate coordinators nationally, and particularly to all other UT System schools, by professional and personal contacts through NACADA

Strategies:
   1) To work closely with and learn from current commission chairman and other members in preparation for  assuming Chairmanship
   2) To act as liaison between our commission and our Graduate Coordinator Network at UT to the benefit of  both organizations
