Supporting students on today’s campus is the shared responsibility of all academic and student affairs units. Whatever your role is within the campus community, please join us as we consider how all campus stakeholders can collaborate to effectively support students!

Program proposals (click here) are being accepted through September 5 th, 2008. Even if they don’t connect directly to the theme of “campus collaborations”, we welcome all program proposals and hope you’ll consider submitting one! Since you’re coming to Charlotte , why not make a weekend of it and spend the night? While we weren’t able to block rooms or negotiate a special rate with the local hotels, we are happy to provide the following information to assist you in reserving a hotel room in the Greater Charlotte area.   4. At bottom of exit ramp, turn left on NC-49 / UNIVERSITY CITY BLVD
  5. Campus is 1 mile on the LEFT.

  1. South on I-85
  2. Merge onto I-485 S via EXIT 48 toward US-29
  3. Take the NC-49 exit- EXIT 33
  4. Turn RIGHT onto NC-49 S / UNIVERSITY CITY BLVD.

Via I-77:

Via US 74:

 

  1. Turn right onto Harris Blvd
  2. Travel 9 miles to UNC Charlotte\Hwy 49 exit

DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT

Charlotte-Douglas International Airport

 

  1. Leave terminal on Airport Freeway Road
  2. Go straight at traffic light.
  3. Get in left lane to exit for Billy Graham Parkway North to I-85
  4. Stay in right lane on Billy Graham Parkway through two traffic lights.
  5. Immediately under second light turn right onto I-85N toward Concord .
  6. Go 11.2 miles to Exit 45 ( Harris Blvd East )
  7. Go one mile to UNC Charlotte\Hwy 49 exit
  8. At bottom of exit ramp, turn left on 49
  9. Campus is 1 mile on left

 

Please enter the campus through the main entrance and follow the posted signs to designated visitor parking on top of the Cone Deck. Overflow parking will be available in the Union Deck. Click here for a campus map.
