MAP OF ALL HOTELS

  • Click here for a map of the hotels without entering the online reservation system.
  • To view maps and brief descriptions of the hotels, go to the online link below and click "Find Hotels." You can then view a separate map and information on each hotel before making an online reservation.

HOTEL RATES

When you reserve your hotel room, we ask that you stay in one of the official hotels and reserve it through the official Housing Bureau. Staying at a conference hotel and using the Housing Bureau reduces meeting expenses by strengthening NACADA's "buying power" when negotiating with hotels for future rates. If NACADA does not meet its room guarantee at each hotel, penalties are charged, which in turn raises registration fees for upcoming meetings. Please support NACADA and reserve your hotel room through the Housing Bureau. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

RESERVATION TERMS (PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY)

ROOM RATES/TAXES: After September 20, rooms and rates are based on availability. NACADA's room allocation at the various hotels may sell out before this date. Make your reservations as soon as possible. Making your reservation through the Housing Bureau is the only way to guarantee NACADA's special room rates. They are not available through the hotels' website or other travel websites. There is a list of all hotel rates at the end of this page.

All rates are per room night and are subject to 12.5% tax (subject to change). Some hotels may charge additional fees for rooms with more than two occupants. Please use the "Special Needs" section of the housing form to provide room and bedding preferences when making reservations. The hotels will make every effort to accommodate your preferences at check-in, based on availability.

DEPOSITS: All hotels require a credit card guarantee (used only to hold room/s; will not be charged) or check deposit of one night's room rate and tax to process each reservation request. Requests received without a credit card guarantee or check deposit cannot be processed and will be returned. Check deposits should be made payable to NACADA Housing Bureau/BACVA and mailed.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: Review acknowledgements carefully for accuracy. The NACADA Housing Bureau will generate an emailed, faxed or mailed acknowledgement after processing. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 14 days after any transaction, please call the Housing Bureau at 1-800-282-6632.

You will not receive an acknowledgement or confirmation from the hotel. Hotels will not receive individual reservation information until after September 27, 2007.

Please DO NOT call your hotel "just to be sure" until after October 4, 2007. Please understand that processing your reservations from the Housing Bureau into the hotel systems will take a few days. Rest assured that if you have received an acknowledgement number already from the Housing Bureau, the hotel will honor your booking.

Changes/Cancellations/no shows

If you later need to view, make changes to, or cancel your completed reservation prior to 5:30 p.m. EDT October 4 , use the same Housing Bureau link. Beginning October 5 , you should call the hotel directly to make changes to your reservation.

Cancellations made after September 9 are subject to a cancellation penalty. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled between September 10 and October 4, 2007. Cancellations made on/after October 5, 2007 and no shows will forfeit the amount of one night's room rate and tax to the hotel.

RESERVATION METHODS

  • Online is the preferred reservation method . You will get the most up to date room availability and immediate emailed acknowledgment.
