members of the Board of Directors and Council are not eligible

To
help present your nomination in the best possible light:
- Nomination

submit the exact number of complete sets of
all nomination materials requested. All materials must be collated
into complete sets.
- It is best
to submit only letters and/or materials that add substance to
the nomination. Quality is appreciated more
than quantity. A well-written and documented submission increases
the likelihood of a positive outcome.
- Additional
material sent separately from your packet or letters sent separately
to the committee cannot be considered. Be sure
to request that all support letters and documentation be returned
to the nominator gathering the information for inclusion in the
nomination packets.

idea to use title pages to divide sections. Colored paper may
be used for this purpose, if desired.
- You should
not use binders of any sort. Staple the packet
together.
- Videos, CDs
and DVDs will not be accepted in support of any nomination in
any category except Advising Technology Innovation Awards.
- Submissions
that do not meet the submission requirements will not be evaluated.
- It is recommended
that nomination materials be sent by a shipping service for which
delivery can be tracked. NACADA always sends an e-mail confirmation
to the nominator upon receipt of each submission. Contact NACADA
at nacada@ksu.edu if you do
not receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your nomination materials
within a couple of days after you have tracked and confirmed delivery
online.
