NACADA ELP Mentor Application

Emerging Leader Mentor Application

We encourage you to apply to be an Emerging Leader Mentor with NACADA. Please respond to the questions on the application in narrative form. You may respond to each question separately or respond to all in essay form.

You should submit your completed application packet as an attachment or attachments to nelp@ksu.edu. The submitted application packet should include three parts:

1.     Title page which includes identifying information request.

2.     Your responses to the application questions.

3.     Letters of references as indicated in the application information.

Please submit your completed application attachments in one e-mail.

For consideration by the selection committee, please submit your completed application packet by May 1, 2008.
