Hurm, Jill Kramer & Brenda Kutz for spearheading a great committee
and a very successful conference in Ames this year! Over 170
participants came away with many ideas for increasing the effectiveness
of advising and a renewed enthusiasm for helping students succeed!

Congratulations
to Best of Region winners Danielle Tisinger & Jennifer Endres
from University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Their concurrent
session "What Should Harry Do? Student Development Theory
in the World of Hogwarts" was voted Best of Region 6. Danielle
& Jennifer will represent Region 6 at the NACADA National Conference
in Chicago on October 3 at 3:15 - 4:15 in Room Crystal B, West Tower,
Green Level.
