6 is pleased to announce 10-15 scholarships offered
to our Graduate Student members to assist in defraying
the cost of the annual Region 6 Conference in Ames,
IA May 18-20, 2008. The deadline for submitting the
Graduate Student Scholarship Application is the Region
6 Conference, April 27, 2008 so don’t wait
long to get your application started. We look forward
to sponsoring you!

Congratulations to Best of Region winners Danielle
Tisinger & Jennifer Endres from University of
Minnesota - Twin Cities. Their concurrent session
"What Should Harry Do? Student Development Theory
in the World of Hogwarts" was voted Best of Region
6. Danielle & Jennifer will represent Region 6
at the NACADA National Conference in Chicago on October
3 at 3:15 - 4:15 in Room Crystal B, West Tower, Green
Level.
