To receive the early NACADA rate, reserve your room by February 14, 2012! The block reserved by NACADA may fill well before the cutoff date, so reserve early!!

**Reservations will be telephoned directly to Hotel Reservation Department by using the 1-800 number above. In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with NACADA Region 9 Conference and you the group code SNAC12. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. Hotel shall make its best effort to accommodate special requests such as connecting rooms, non-smoking rooms, king or queen/queen bedding types, etc. subject to availability.

***Room reservation information may be requested from the hotel during the last 4 weeks prior to the conference by the NACADA Executive Office in order to check on status of room block. Please e-mail Diane Matteson at matteson@ksu.edu if you request to have the hotel withhold your information.
