does the Registration Process work? |

- Go to
the Registration page
- Choose
your Membership type
- Please Note:The person who is registering for the event must have
a CURRENT,
INDIVIDUAL membership (OR be the one individual designated to represent the institution for an institutional membership) to
be eligible for the "Current Member" rate.
If you have any question about whether your membership
is current (or who is the designated representative for your institutional membership), please call the Executive Office at 785-532-5717
to find out.
- Choose
the Events you wish
to register for by clicking on the appropriate boxes.
- Fill in all boxes in
the Personal Information section.
- Please Note: Our system will only allow for ONE name and email address to be associated with a registration (and if you are registering at the CURRENT MEMBER PRICE, that person must be a current member!). Be sure that the person who registers is the person
you want to receive the follow-up information about the
event, including billing,
Presenter Handouts, and LOGIN information Our system
can only send information to the ONE email address we
are given at the time of registration. If you need
to have this information sent to more than one individual,
you will need to have the registrant forward it.
- Fill
out the payment information
- Press
SUBMIT.
- If
your registration is successful, you will
immediately receive in your web browser a confirmation
of registration, which may include
preliminary directions for completing payment, depending
on method of payment. PRINT THIS PAGE for your records.
- If
you do not immediately receive this confirmation of
registration notice, you are probably NOT yet registered. Please check the registration form
in your browser to see if it is asking for additional
information. If you do not receive the confirmation
of registration notice and are not sure that your
registration was successful, please call the Executive
Office at 785-532-5717 to determine whether you need
to fill out the form again.
- Please Note: Do NOT send a printed form by fax or mail to our office. All Webcast registrations MUST be submitted online.
- Within a week of submitting the registration
form, the registrant will receive AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS
GIVEN IN THE REGISTRATION a follow-up email,
including receipt, invoice, or additional instructions
for completing payment.
- If you do
not receive this email confirmation within 10 days
of submitting your registration form, please contact
the NACADA Executive office by email
or call 785-532-5717.
- Approximately
10-days before the event, each paid registrant will receive
an e-mail with instructions for a System Check
to insure technological readiness and more information
regarding the event.
- Three
days prior to the event, registrants will
receive appropriate login information
and the presenter's handout.
* Refund
Policy: Registration and membership fees are not
refundable. If you find after registering that
you are not able to attend the live broadcast, registration
payment is transferable to the purchase of the Event CD
IF you contact the Executive Office at
least two weeks prior to the broadcast. |
