Region Review Tentative Timeline

1. Phase I: Planning
   1. Confirm questions to be answered and appropriate mode (e.g. survey, focus group, etc.)
   2. Form teams: Survey, Focus Group, Reports and Data. Teams develop their tools and plan for implementation
   3. March 2018: Provide update to BOD at Mid-Year Meeting
2. Phase II: Information Gathering - April 15 - June 15
   1. Survey open
   2. Virtual Focus Groups (2 per region, plus international)
   3. Online Suggestion Box available
3. Phase III: Synthesis - June 15 - August 1
   1. Teams distribute results to the group for review/reflection
   2. Zoom meetings to discuss results, gather any remaining information
   3. Co-chairs draft report template, begin populating sections (charge, methodology, etc.)
4. Phase IV: Recommendations - 2018 Annual Conference (Meetings 9/28 and 10/4)
   1. Finalize recommendations, ideas for next steps, and implementation suggestions
   2. Continue report writing/editing
   3. Write Executive Summary
   4. Update to BOD at 10/3 meeting
5. Phase V: October - November, 2018
   1. Incorporate BOD feedback received at 10/3 meeting
   2. Final report editing
   3. Region Review team approves report for submission to BOD
   4. Co-chairs present report to  BOD before 12/31/2018
