Required Qualifications

Master's degree Undergraduate degree in a health-related field
One year experience in advising at the college level
College teaching experience at the undergraduate level
Excellent inter-personal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in the use of computers; website maintenance (Wordpress or similar), Banner and DegreeWorks (or similar program) experience

Preferred Qualifications

College level teaching experience in a health-related field
College level advising experience (at least two years)
Experience in Higher Education Banner and DegreeWorks (or similar program) experience
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Ability to be flexible in terms of working hours to maximize availability for students
Ability to work well with faculty colleagues
