This position is responsible for providing academic advisement for current and prospective students seeking a WSU degree online. Responsibilities include creating unofficial academic plans for assigned prospects and developing preliminary academic check sheets for assigned new students. Provide academic advising for assigned current students in one or more majors offered through the Global Campus. Position will participate in Global Campus efforts to increase retentions rates and retain students. Position will be the primary contact for assigned students. Position is accountable for understanding and following WSU Core Advising Responsibilities This position will either be on the Pullman campus or teleworking.
This position will work primarily with Business Students, but may also support additional majors as necessary. Responsibilities include creating unofficial academic plans for assigned prospects and developing preliminary academic check sheets for assigned new students.
