This position will provide personal advising to scholars through holistic advising processes and individual appointments, and will advise student organizations/student leadership within Scholar Programs as assigned
The Scholar Programs Coordiantor will perform a variety of duties in support of Scholar Programs to provide a four-year experience for the Top Scholar population: Stamps, Carolina, McNair, 1801 and Horseshoe Scholars, focusing on Stamps Scholars.

Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch. Must be willing to travel. Some weekends and after hours may be required. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.

Masters degree and 1 year related experience, or bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience.
Prior advising with post-secondary high-ability students; working knowledge of scholar programs. Some knowledge of USC policies, procedures, and programs is preferred.
