The Student Platform Administrator oversees the implementation, maintenance, and development of EAB Navigate, while regularly communicating its impact on student success and retention with university staff, faculty, and administrators. Responsible for training these constituencies in the use of Navigate and other student success initiatives. Serves as a liaison with numerous institutional offices, including the Deans, Center for Engagement Teaching and Learning, the Registrar, Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Student Administration Management, and Office of Information Technology.
Operation, maintenance, and development of EAB Navigate. Acts as the Application Administrator for EAB Navigate. Acts as the Navigate Content Administrator for Navigate Student, and provides support to the Student Enrollment Center for maintaining Navigate Student platform. Provides ongoing support, consultation, training, and outreach activities for student services personnel and faculty. Provides reports on developments related to student success, retention, completion, and similar issues to appropriate faculty, staff, and administrators. Prepares and delivers multiple training opportunities for faculty and staff, and develops instructional materials to guide users. Partners with the Associate Vice President, Student Success & Initiatives to improve student retention and completion rates and to identify opportunities for improving institutional initiatives regarding student success. Acts as the Navigate Content Administrator for Academic Planner, and partners with the Registrar’s office to develop student Academic Planner. Works with the Deans and CEOs to develop appropriate long-term degree plans. Partners with the Office of Information Technology and Student Administration Management to troubleshoot technical issues related to Navigate and other student success programs and to maintain those programs. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Progressive experience with technology platforms which provide, track, analyze, and report metrics pertinent to student success.
Knowledge of best practices for assessment and program development in higher education.
Knowledge of and skill using appropriate data analytical tools to develop and track benchmarks.
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
