Position Description

As appropriate, may assist in the design, implementation/installation, maintenance, and administration of infrastructures including hardware, software, and various configurations. May assist in monitoring overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately. Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures. Works with others to establish and improve processes and procedures. Generally focuses on projects for one of the following disciplines: Unix, Windows, AS400, storage, reporting, testing, middleware, or other software.


Lead overall college (DACC) technical and strategic implementation and maintenance of the Student Success Management System (SSMS). Specifically, lead college strategic design, implementation, installation, integration, maintenance, technical and functional user support, and administration of infrastructures including software and configurations related to the current SSMS.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Preferred experience serving students in a higher education setting.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
