Joy successfully completed the Program and was awarded her Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Nashville in October 2012. Her accomplishments include serving as a member of the Diversity Committee and the Selection Committee for the PDR-Issues IG Service Award. She co-authored a chapter for the 2012 Transfer Student monograph and presented at the 2011 and 2012 Annual Conferences. In 2012, she was appointed Chair of the PDR-Issues Commission; in 2013, she served as a panelist on a commission-sponsored Webinar and in 2014 she contributed to a Pocket Guide on this topic. In 2014, Joy left her position at Indiana University Southeast to concentrate fully on her doctoral dissertation; her research was partially funded by a NACADA Research Grant. After completing her doctorate, Joy moved to the American University of Antigua, College of Medicine, where she serves as an Assistant Professor in Educational Enhancement

Yvonne successfully completed the Program and was awarded her Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Nashville in October 2012. Her accomplishments include serving on the Diversity Committee, the Membership Committee, the Professional Development Committee, the Emerging Leaders Program Advisory Board, and the Core Values Task Force. She served as Chair of the Webinar Advisory Board for the 2013-2015 term. She has served on her Region Steering Committee and a Region 6 Conference Chair, and she presented at numerous conferences and in a webinar.

Bob successfully completed the Program and was awarded his Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Nashville in October 2012. Bob's accomplishments include serving on the Research Committee, the Publications Advisory Board, and the NACADA Journal Editorial Board. He contributed to the NACADA Clearinghouse, Academic Advising Today, and the NACADA Journal; presented at the Regional Conference; and served as a discussion leader for the NACADA Common Reading session at Annual Conference. He served as the Chair of the Faculty Advising Commission for the 2012-2014 term, before retiring in 2015.

Alison successfully completed the Program and was awarded her Certificate of Completion in October 2012. Her accomplishments include serving on the Diversity Committee and the Administrators Institute Advisory Board. She contributed to Academic Advising Today and presented at her Regional Conference.  She served her Region as Conference Coordinator for Service Element Project, Membership & Awards Coordinator, and Steering Committee Member. An unexpected family situation required Alison to make the difficult decision to leave her position at UNLV and move to Atlanta to be closer to extended family.

Her accomplishments include serving on the Two-Year College Task Force and presenting at numerous state, regional, and annual conferences. She has contributed five articles to Academic Advising Today.

Leah successfully completed the Program and was awarded her Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Nashville in October 2012. Her accomplishments include serving on the Awards Committee and on multiple Region committees, as well as service as a proposal reader for the Advising Transfer Students Commission. She has served as Chair of the Second-Year Students Interest Group and presented at regional and annual conferences. Leah returned to ELP to mentor a new Emerging Leader, and she served as Region 8 Chair for the 2018-2020 term. She serves on the President's Race, Equity & Inclusion WorkGroup, is serving on the NACADA Council 2021-2023, and will serve as Conference Co-Chair for the 2022 Annual Conference.

Her accomplishments include serving on the Webinar Advisory Board and as Chair of the New Advising Professionals Interest Group. She has presented at  numerous state, regional, and annual conferences and helped coordinate a State Drive-in. She has served as a proposal evaluator for her Region snd as a panelist for a presentations about the ELP. She has served as a member of the Region 2 Steering Committee, and as Chair of the Awards Committee for the 2015-2017 term.

Her accomplishments include serving on the Diversity Committee, the Awards Committee, the ELP Advisory Board, and the Advising Administration Commission's Steering Committee. She has contributed to the Region 1 newsletter and presented at regional and annual conferences. She has been a proposal reader for the Two-Year Colleges Commission and a facilitator for the Advising First Generation Students Interest Group. Wanda returned to the program to serve as a Mentor for the 2012-2014 Emerging Leaders Class.

Her accomplishments include serving on the Diversity Committee and the Multicultural Concerns Commission Steering Committee and presenting at regional and annual conferences. In 2014, she accepted a new position as Director of Cultural Diversity at her institution and is no longer directly involved with academic advising.
