Alex successfully completed the program and was awarded his Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Atlanta in October 2016. His accomplishments include presenting at regional and annual conferences, serving as Region 8 Conference Co-Chair, and publishing two articles (1, 2) in Academic Advising Today. Alex chaired the Awards Committee for the 2017-2019 term and is currently serving as the chair of the Annual Conference Advisory Board for 2021-2023. Alex returned to the program to mentor a new Emerging Leader in the 2019-2021 Class, and he was awarded the Outstanding Advising Administrator Award for 2022.

Drew successfully completed the program and was awarded his Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Atlanta in October 2016. Drew served as a member of the NACADA Core Values revision Task Force, and was a panelist (with three NACADA past Presidents) in a webinar about that work. Drew and Shannon presented together in a webinar on advising for Social Justice, and they co-authored a Pocket Guide on that topic. With classmate Jason Wiegand, Drew initiated a ELP-like program for Region 6, now known as the Uncommon Advising Mentoring Program. In 2018, he was presented with the NACADA Advising Communities Division Service Award. His accomplishments also include presenting at regional and annual conferences, publishing articles in the NACADA Journal, and serving as a guest editor for the NACADA Review. He has served as Chair of the Theory, Philosophy, and History Commission and the Research Committee

Wiona successfully completed the program and was awarded her Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Atlanta in October 2016. Her accomplishments include presenting at regional and annual conferences (two of which were AC-sponsored) and co-authoring an article for the NACADA Clearinghouse, and serving as the Small College and University Commission Chair (2016-2018). She had served on the Sustainable Leadership Committee, Annual Conference Advisory Board, and the DEI Education AB Task Force, and she chaired the Finance Committee Chair for the 2018-2020 term. Wiona was awarded the Advising Communities Division Service Award in 2020, and Region 2 awarded her Best of Region Presentation and Outstanding Advisor-Merit in 2021. She has served as Advising Community Division Cluster Rep and as the Admistrative Division representative to the NACADA Council, and she has served as a Mentor for both the Region 5 mentoring program and the ELP 2021-2023 Class.
