Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Master's degree Undergraduate degree in a business, or business-related, program
One year experience in advising at the college level
College teaching experience at the undergraduate level
Excellent inter-personal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills Proficient in the use of computers; website maintenance (Wordpress or similar), Banner and DegreeWorks (or similar program) experience
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Ability to be flexible in terms of working hours to maximize availability for students
Ability to work well with faculty colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in STEM-related field College level teaching and advising experience
