Workshops

NACADA Consulting secures speakers and consultants who facilitate professional development workshops for a variety of populations on a full array of topics based on institution-specific needs. These workshops are typically scheduled for a full or half day.

Service Deliverables

The Advising Success Network (ASN) is a dynamic network that supports educational change and improved student outcomes. NACADA offers several services exclusive to institutions that choose to contract with ASN.

Program Reviews

Consultants assist colleges and universities in the review, establishment, development, or reorganization of advising services through a comprehensive, in-depth virtual or on-site study over a one- to three-day period. Whether it is a single advising unit under review, an entire campus, or a multi-campus system, our team of consultants provides the institution with both oral and written follow-up reports that address both strengths and challenges and includes a comprehensive set of recommendations. Once the Program Review is completed, NACADA Consulting can provide additional fee-based services to operationalize the recommendations.
