Required Qualifications

* Master’s Degree
* Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of career and student development theory
* Experience effectively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders
* Experience managing a program, project or team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of staff supervision with performance evaluation experience
* Demonstrated familiarity with job platforms and other career tools
* Experience working with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
* Experience coordinating the marketing of a program or project
* Experience working with diverse populations and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusivity
