Position Description

The Assistant Dean of Recruitment and Enrollment is expected to provide strategic leadership for student recruitment and enrollment initiatives within the College of Arts and Sciences. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies in the Higher Education landscape including marketing strategies to promote the College’s visibility and appeal. The Assistant Dean of Recruitment and Enrollment will be responsible for coordinating with institutional partners and community stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean, this role is housed in the Division of Student Success and Access and works in close collaboration with the Assistant Dean of Advising and Retention.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Terminal Degree Seven (7) years of relevant work experience. A minimum of three (3) years of higher education administrative experience. Some positions may require a record of scholarship and professional achievement that would meet the criteria for appointment as a full professor with tenure.
