NACADA Task Force Operational Guidelines

I. Duties: Task Forces will be established by the President to address specific issues facing the association.

II. Members: The President will appoint members to serve on Task Forces and appoint a Chair.

III. Term: Task Forces will dissolve when their work is complete.

IV. Reporting: Task Forces report to the President and Board of Directors unless otherwise specified in their charge.

V. Meetings: Task Forces will meet electronically and/or during the national conference unless additional meetings are stipulated in the Charge to the Task Force and funding approved by the Board.
