NACADA will host the 4th Annual Silent Auctionat theAnnual Conference in Denver, Colorado.  All proceeds from the auction will be used to fund graduate student scholarships for attending NACADA's events.  If you would like to donate an item to this Silent Auction, please complete this form and fax it (785/532-7732) to the NACADA Executive Office bySeptember 17, 2011

Guidelines:

  • Donor forms must be completed and faxed to the Executive Office bySeptember 17, 2011. A receipt for your donation will be provided after you have submitted your donation form.
  • Donors are responsible for bringing items to the conference or shipping the items to themselves at the hotel where they are staying for the conference. They should contact that hotel for any specific guidelines the hotel may have regarding shipping.
  • All donations must be delivered to the silent auction area next to the NACADA Exhibit Booth in the Exhibit area.
  • Purchasers are responsible for taking or shipping home any items they win in the bidding process.
  • NO LIQUIDS
  • AVOID glass bottles
