Position Description

Reporting to and receiving work lead direction from the Associate Vice Provost of Undergraduate Advising & Success (AVP UAS), the Managing Director of the Jack Holland Student Success Center (College of Business) Exploratory Student Success Center and College of Professional and Global Education Student Success Center (CPGE) is responsible for leading and developing three teams of staff to ensure that the success centers provide holistic advising and appropriate referrals to campus support services to support the university’s retention and equity goals.
