Scott successfully completed the program and was awarded his Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Minneapolis in October 2014. His accomplishments include presenting at Annual Conference and being selected to serve as a member of the Summer Institute Advisory Board. Recently, Scott's career trajectory took a turn and he has moved out of higher education.

Amy successfully completed the program and was awarded her Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Minneapolis in October 2014. Her accomplishments include a multitude of conference presentations, service on steering committees (STEM Advising Committee, LGBTQA Advising Community, and ELP Advisory Board). Amy served as Region 6 Chair for 2014-2016 and Region 6 Conference Co-Chair 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. She served as a Mentor for the 2017-2019 ELP Class and chaired the ELP-AB for the 2018-2020 term, She helped develop and present REI Leadership Trainings during 2020-2021. Amy served as the Education Subcommittee Co-Chair for the President's Work Group on Race, Equity, and Inclusion and was a member of the Task Force for the Formation of the newly formed Inclusion and Engagement Training Advisory Board. She currently is a member of the Finance Committee and has been elected as the Social Justice Advising Community Chair for 2022-2024.

Amy says, "ELP has truly given me something very special through becoming part of a larger ELP family. That has been the most surprising and rewarding aspect of this experience is that I have gained so many people that I truly think of as my NACADA family."

2013 Meghan-Jo.jpgMeghan successfully completed the program and was awarded her Certificate of Completion in October 2014. Her accomplishments include writing a book review for the NACADA Journal and serving as a steering committee member for the LGBTQA Advising and Advocacy Commission and a member of the Diversity Committee. Meghan has co-chaired a State Drive-In, presented at numerous state and annual conferences, and served as a conference proposal reviewer. She has served as the NJ State Rep to her Region and as a Mentor for the Region 2 Mentoring Program..

Terri successfully completed the program and was awarded her Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Minneapolis in October 2014. Her accomplishments include connecting with other institutions in her Region while putting together a panel of learning community coordinators for a Region Conference session and completing a book review for the NACADA Journal. She has presented at regional conferences and served as a member of the Region 2 conference planning committee, been a proposal reader for annual conference presentations, and served on the Diversity Committee.

Terri says, "Sometimes in life you need an extra push to become a better version of yourself. The ELP program helped to do that for me. My time within the program was definitely well spent."

Erin successfully completed the program and was awarded her Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Minneapolis in October 2014. Her accomplishments include contributing a book review to the NACADA Journal, writing for Academic Advising Today, and contributing to the NACADA Academic Advising Core Competencies Guide. She has also served as a reviewer for AAT for a number of years. She has presented extensively, at regional and annual conferences and and in webinars. She has served as a member of the Professional Development Committee, the Diversity Committee, the Emerging Leaders Program Advisory Board, the Administrators Institute Advisory Board, and the AACSS Advisory Board. In 2016, she was honored with the NACADA Service to C/IG Division Award. Erin was the first Emerging Leader to be elected to serve on the NACADA Council; she served as the Commission and Interest Group Division Elected Representative for the 2015-2017 term. She returned to the ELP to serve as a Mentor for the 2015-2017 Class. She was also the first Emerging Leader to serve on the Board of Directors; during her 2017-2020 BoD term, she served as Vice President for 2018-2019 and President for 2019-2020.
