Her accomplishments include service on the Finance Committee, chairing the Two-Year Colleges Commission, presenting in a commission-sponsored Webinar, and co-authoring a Pocket Guide on Advising at Two-Year Colleges. Amanda's career path took a turn and she has moved from higher ed to secondary ed.

Craig successfully completed the program and was awarded his Certificate of Completion at the Annual Conference in Las Vegas in October 2015. His accomplishments include service on the Publications Advisory Board and the NACADA Journal Advisory Board, the Task Force on Sustainable Leadership Development, the Diversity Committee, the Sustainable Leadership Committee, and the Research Committee. He has presented at many regional and annual conferences and in two NACADA webinars, and he served as Chair of the Commission for LGBTQA Advising & Advocacy. Craig has been published in the NACADA Clearinghouse of Academic Advising Resources, Academic Advising Today, and the NACADA book "Beyond Foundations: Becoming a Master Academic Advisor." Craig utilized a NACADA Research Grant to research "Leaders' Perception of the Professionalization of Academic Advising," and two articles have been published in the NACADA Journal based on that work, in addition to a number of articles on other topics. Craig returned to the ELP to mentor a new Emerging Leader in the 2016-2018 Class, and he has continued working on projects with both his mentor and mentee. His co-edited book with mentor Jennifer Joslin, "Advising Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer College Students," was published is 2021. He is the lead editor on the second edition of NACADA's "Scholarly Inquiry in Academic Advising" (2022) and has a third book in the works. In 2020, Craig joined the Kansas State University faculty and is serving as an Assistant Professor for the university's doctoral program in Leadership in Academic Advising.

Michelle has been an active member of the Advising Student Athletes Commission and the Advising High Achieving Students Commission, including serving as a proposal reader for these groups. She has served as Chair of the NACADA/NCAA Advisory Board and the Inclusion and Engagement Committee. She has assisted with initiatives for an association Climate Review and development of curriculum for Marginalized Students in Higher Ed. Michelle is currently serving on the NACADA Board of Directors for the 2019-2022 term, and she was elected to serve as association Vice President for 2022.
