At upload one author will be designated as the corresponding author.  This author will receive an e-mail noting that the manuscript has been sent to the editors. A unique identifier reference number will be sent by email to the corresponding author when the manuscript has been accepted for review by the editors. Save the reference number and use it in all correspondence regarding the submission.
