Peer Advising and Mentoring Community

The Peer Advising community was established to bring together advising administrators, advisors and peer advisors in a forum to discuss peer advising in higher education. The community meets at the NACADA annual conference and encourages meetings, round-table discussions and presentations at regional and annual conferences.

Persisting in a Pandemic: Best Practices for Peer Success Programs during COVID-19

Description: COVID-19 has forced higher education institutions to make decisions that have impacted students, faculty, and staff in ways that can't be ignored.  With so many uncertainties about the future of the field, this panel discussed ways that we have shifted our priorities to address the specific needs of our student staff as they process their roles, responsibilities, and dedication to peer success during a pandemic.
