Why Book in the NACADA Room Block?
Staying at a conference hotel reduces meeting expenses when negotiating with hotels for future rates. If NACADA does not meet its room guarantee at the hotel, penalties are charged, which in turn raises registration fees for upcoming meetings
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Please check the hotel's website for details.
Will my credit card be charged when I book?
Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. You will be charged a nightly resort fee which will be added into your total on the final summary page. Please be sure to read the hotel policies for more information specific to your event.
Does NACADA Contract with Third Party Housing Solicitors?
NACADA has not contracted with any other outside or third party booking agencies. We will not contact you by phone or email to arrange for your hotel. Reservations should only be made through the Connections Housing website.
