Cancellation & Refund Policy: All requests must be in writing and emailed ([email protected]) to NACADA.
Prior to 12/11/24: Eligible for a 90% refund of conference fee.
12/12/24 –1/10/25: Eligible for 50% refund of conference fee.
After 1/10/25: Due to facility and conference obligations, no refunds are given.
