NACADA in conjunction with LVSA (The Dutch National Association of academic advisors) is proud to hold the first International Research Seminar. The seminar is being held to primarily focus on development for participants in the entire surrounding area of the Netherlandsand inclusive of the UK.

First Seminar: June 12-13, 2014

Second Seminar: June 16-17, 2014

Seminar Purpose:

• To build a community of scholars. The primary focus will be for those in the academic advising profession.  

• The program is designed for advisors and advising administrators who want to, or are doing research as part of their professional development.

• The Agenda will include: large group discussions, small group interactions, independent work, and one-on-one time with research mentors.

• The participant will receive instructional materials and useful research tools, including pertinent articles related to research in advising.
