Required Qualifications
Qualifications: A master's degree in or related to higher education administration, college student personnel, student development, or a related field and one year of prior related higher education experience, which may include experience gained during a graduate degree program are required. Candidates with recent academic advising and/or coaching experience in a higher education setting with work in first-year experience theory/classes/offices and/or a knowledge of Mercer University are highly desirable. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and be insurable by the university's carrier as this position may require some travel.

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines with overlapping projects
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail on both large-scale and small-scale events
